40th Cotillion Dinner and Dance

The Wilson Cotillion 40th Annual Ball, scheduled for 31 January 2026, was rescheduled at the last minute due to severe winter weather. Finding another date was a challenge:

1) Many event coordinators were also attempting to reschedule

2) We needed an available date that would work for the venue, the dance floor, and the band.

On 30 May 2026, the Wilson Cotillion membership and guests gathered at the Wilson Country Club for our rescheduled “Blue Moon Under the Stars” 40th Annual Ball. Keeping with the theme, the ladies’ gowns were lovely, along with the table decorations, which were spectacular.

We had 68 revelers attend and enjoy a Beef Medallion plated dinner … followed by the high-energy of the I-42 Band.

A highlight of the evening was a patriotic moment provided by the trumpet of Bill Boles.

A grand time was had by all as indicated by the healthy number on the dance floor, as the band finished at 11 pm.

Kudos to all who contributed to the success of this year’s Ball.
